Here's an email we received..... Thought i'd send you these pics of me.   I was on a 5m Viper and only my second time out (i do have 10, 8,8,6,6 foils i stack) and a freak gust got me in the air and down wind like a bullet from a gun. I landed with my feet behind me and fell onto my shoulder and broke the collar bone in two places. With 8 screws and a plate i'm on the mend now! wish i never did it but maybe you can post the images on the site. Could be a warning to others to take care, or just a bit of fun to laugh at the funny guy with the bust shoulder.   thanks team, Phil.

So some safety tips - wonderpants & war bras offer useful padding, and don't forget to shake the mud out of your battle nappy

	Elbow pads, knee pads and a helmet are useful, but someone didn't pump up the padding in her bra. And beware - the ropes make good bondage gear ! If you have more money than sense you can dress up as a fugitive from "Gladiators" as well.
